Detailed Answer:
Hello,
welcome to Healthcare Magic,
I have gone through your history and understand your concern,
As your son was given both anti rabies vaccine and rabies immunoglobulin which is the proper and adequate treatment for even a rabid dog bite.
As the dog has died nothing to worry about that because your son is being treated as rabid animal bite but your son should take all the five shots of anti rabies vaccine on days 0,3,7,14 and 28. As he has received two shots complete the remaining three shots of anti rabies vaccine.
I hope your son was given a course of antibiotics and ointment for local application.
Nothing to worry your son is well protected against getting rabies.
Thank you.

Please suggest me the diet , food control and keeping the child in safe zone .
What kind of monitor required for the kid.
One more confusion Doctor, immunoglobulin is not given around the wond.
immunoglobulin was injected in "Thigh" is that effective ? or do we need to give one more time around the wound since its 5 th day.
I am waiting for your answer
No need to give once it is given
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome Back
There is no diet restriction while on treatment, you can give normal diet what you are giving regularly. You can apply T Bact ointment over the wound.
The immunoglobulins are preferably given around the wound as it was given to thigh no problem at least your doctor has given the RIGs. By this time your son will have protective antibody titres against rabies virus (RvNab) which will protect your son.
Thank you.
