Question : I am 25 Yrs Old Male. I always feel tired and drowsy. Frequent cough and cold problems along with headache is making my life terrible. Please suggest some medication or changes in the lifestyle which should restore normalcy.

I would like to know whether you have any sneezing , allergy , asthma & acidity .

If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you
Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily ,
Plenty of fluids ,
Steam Inhalation twice daily,
Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination &
Tab Vitamin C.

I would also advice investigation like CBC .

Yes I suffer from dust Allergy and acidity

I would advice you
Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily ,
Plenty of fluids ,
Steam Inhalation twice daily,
Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination as tablet form OR Combination Steroid nasal spray with antihistamine 2 puff each nostril twice daily. for allergy ,
Esomeprazole 20mg for acidity for 6 weeks &
Tab Vitamin C.

You need life style modification to avoid acidity.
Avoid spicy fastfood , excess coffee ,Tea , smoking , alcohol & eat - sleep in time.

Do investigation like CBC & revert back to me .

Plenty of fluids &
Steam Inhalation twice daily when you get cold & cough,
Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily-like Triguard 5ml in half liter warm water for 10 days,
Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination- like Tab Romilast L10 in night till allergy subsides ,
Esomeprazole 20mg for acidity-Like Tab Esoz for 6 weeks,
& Tab Vitamin C - Tab Limcee twice daily for 6 weeks.
