Question : Hi. I'm a 37 year old female and just found out that I'm pregnant. Assuming that I'm 6-8 wks in. I've always had irregular periods. And I'm worried if the baby would be healthy because my partner is an addict and I've dranked heavily and have used recreational drugs on the weekends. Since I have him it'll take weeks to get an appointment with an OB. Not sure if going to urgent care would help me get answers or planned parenthood. Could you help me on what steps I would need to do to determine if the baby is healthy
Brief Answer:
Pregnant
Detailed Answer:
Hello. I just read through your question.
For starters, as long as you stop those things your baby will be ok.
Because it will take so long to get an OB appointment, it would be best to go to Planned Parenthood. It is unlikely you will get the help you need from an urgent care center.
