Question: Hello,

My left ball sack is beyond itchy. Has dry skin, when not sweating with minor cracks. Doesn't change color. When in heat, skin gets so raw that just moving can cause cracks to open

Brief Answer:
Jock Itch, Dermatitis, Eczema. Needs evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Dry and itchy scrotum with propensity to tear are all very likely symptoms of either a scrotal dermatitis, a jock itch or an eczema.

Poor groin hygiene, hairs on the scrotal sac, too much tight clothings and compromised hygiene, bad toilet and coital habits are some of the factors leading to this condition.

All you need to do is modify the hygiene, keep the scrota and groin hair free, sweat free, wear loose cotton undergarments and abstain from coitus for a while.

Get some over the counter hydrocortisone cream and antifungal cream and apply them both. They are available in combination too. Talk to a dermatologist for further management,. Take some antihistamines for the itch.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
