Brief Answer:
Can be a nutrition deficiency

Detailed Answer:
HI XXXX,

I have gone through your question and understand your concern.

It seems that you have a nutrient deficiency which is causing the problem in you. Some other causes can be infections or swimming. In swimming, the nails can become dry and start to crack easily.

You can try taking multivitamin pills once daily to help you with the nails. The pills will provide the nutrients needed in order to make the nails repair themselves and grow in a healthy manner.

A few more therapies that work would be to use a cotton swab soaked with olive oil or castor oil. Along with this, soaking the nails in some warm salt water will also be useful.

Try this for about 10 days and then follow up.

All the best and I wish you good health.
