Can understand your concerns.
Dry cough with blocked nose can occur in upper respiratory tract infection.
I think that dm syrup and azithral is ok. But nasal drops like nasoclear 1 drop in each nostril three times a day should be given instead of otrivin.
Otrivin contains xylometazoline and is usually not given in small babies.
