Brief Answer:
Common cold...

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

I am sorry for the health situation you are going through.

Having developing dry cough with no fever a couple of days ago is suggestive of possible:
- allergy especially if you visited places with fumes or other air allergens or if you started a new food/drink or drug
- common cold ( viral Infection)

I advise to:
- increase fluids intake
- gargle with warm water and salt
- take a teaspoon of olive oil and honey in the morning
- continue taking OTC cold compresses

I'm sure you will be better, but it will need a few more days. If it will persist can take azythromycine you already have.

Wish fast recovery.
