Brief Answer:
Gap of 20 minutes will be better
Detailed Answer:
hi, welcome to this forum. Can understand your concerns.
The symptoms that your child have are suggestive of wheeze associated lower respiratory tract infection.
Grilinctus is a cough syrup, it is appropriately given according to weight of child.
Duolin nebulization should be given after a gap of 20 minutes after nebulization. If given immediately after giving drug then vomiting can occur. So, gap should be maintained.
Doses are appropriate for age. If symptoms persists then an X ray chest should be done. Antibiotic also needs to be started based on X Ray report.
Continue both nebulization and cough syrup.
I hope this will help you.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
Acute asthmatic attack or pneumonia
Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome once again.
This is acute asthmatic attack. Child should be admitted in hospital and nebulization with intravenous antibiotics needs to be given.
Acute asthmatic attack can occur in children who have childhood asthma or require nebulization repeatedly. Also, we should rule out pneumonia. An X ray chest should be done immediately.
I suggest you to get the child admitted in hospital as soon as possible because you are already giving nebulization and cough syrup with no effect.
Take care.
