I can understand your concern.
Cough with wet sound from chest is mostly due to lung infection.
So you need to take broad spectrum antibiotic, antihistamine and anti inflammatory drugs.
Antibiotic like levofloxacin is good.
Antihistamine like levocetrizine and anti inflammatory drug like paracetamol.
Take all these for 5 days, if you are not improving than consult doctor and get done chest x ray and blood reports.
