Question: Hi Doctor

Good Morning

I am 33 years and am some dry cough from last couple of days, with no other problem of cold/fever etc.
I have arrived London last week and it is very cold here and caught some cough here.

I am having CIPMOX 500, CHESTON COLD, and SUALIN Tablets with me.
What medicine should I take, please consult. I can also buy any syrup/medicine from pharmacy if these are not good enough.

Thanks & Regards
