Question: I have a reoccurring small crack in my lower lip it is one spot that looks like a crack or as if I bit the skin off that part. It's not a bump or anything. It shows for a few days about twice a month. When it is healed the spot is lighter than the rest of my lip. What could that be please help?

Brief Answer:
May be a vitamin deficiency

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your query; it suggests that you may be suffering from the vitamin deficiency. For your kind information certain vitamins are critical to maintaining healthy lips. These include vitamins A,B,C and E.
I personally advised to drink plenty of fluids, try using fluoride free toothpaste and avoid excessive use of commercial lip products, smoking, drinking & mouth breathing if you have.

Thanks
