Use oral glycerine and paraffin mixture n apply on external surface of lip 4-5 times per day.
Use milk fat or butter over it after or during meal to avoid corrosive actions of spices or other caustic or acidic substances in food.
Avoid fizzy drinks, and spicy or sour foods for two weeks.
Use antacids like omeperazole 20 mg before breakfast once daily for two weeks.
Continue using chapstick in between application of such mixtures.
Avoid exposure to cold or direct breeze contact.
Consult a dermatologist if problem persists.
