Question : i have about six round shape dry looking lesions on my arms and stomach they itch a little and seem to be multiplying by the day two have dried out but they are red in color.

From the description it seems you are having a fungal infection called tinea corporis but its difficult to point specific diagnosis in absence of clinical examination.
