Question : HELLO MY PARTNER IS INJECTING HIMSELF WITH ALPROSTADIL/PHENTOLAMINE DIRECTLY ON HIS PENIS BEFORE INTERCOURSE AND ORAL SEX I HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING A DRY MOUTH OCCASIONAL DIZZINESS WEAKNESS AND GENERAL UNWELLNESS OCCASIONAL PALPITATION ALTHOUGH I AM UNDER A LOT OF STRESS JUST NOW.. MY PARTNER AND I WERE WONDERING IF THERE COULD BE A CONNECTION TO THE DRUG HE IS INJECTING HIMSELF ALTHOUGH HE IS NOT EXPERIENCING ANY SIDE EFFECT THANKING YOU KINDLY

ALPROSTADIL/PHENTOLAMINE is injected in blood. It does not affect female partner in that case. Symptoms of dry mouth, dizziness, weakness and general unwellness in female partner cannot be due to these drugs. Even these drugs do not cause such side effects in male. You have already mentioned that you are under lot of stress. Symptoms you feel are symptoms of anxiety and these are likely due to stress.
I recommend evaluation of anxiety problem in your case and treatment.
