Brief Answer:
Possibly early viral fever symptoms with dehydration

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:
1. It appears to be possible early symptoms of viral fever.
2. Improve your hydration. Take at least 6-8 liters of water. if it's hot, stay in cool place.
3. Any medications being taken, particularly decongestants or antihistamine needs to be stopped.
4. If fever starts, paracetamol, thrice daily along with good hydration and improved nutrition is needed. Avoid spicy diet.

Rest and good nutritious diet with adequate hydration.

Hope it helps,
