Question: I have dry scaly white spots on most all of my knuckles. I use topical ointments but they seem to not be effective. I have had this conditions for 3 or more years. These spots are only on my knuckles. What can I do to make my knuckles normal?

Brief Answer:
Looks like contact eczema, please provide pictures

Detailed Answer:
Hi

From the description, it looks like you have contact eczema over the hands.
This is basically a type of eczema which is chronic and recurrent in most people.
I would like to have a look at the exact skin condition. Please click some close up pictures of the affected area and upload them here on this page.
Also please tell what job you do. Do you have any frequent contact with any chemicals or things on plastic or rubber.
I am sure I will be able to help you better once I have a look at the exact skin lesions.
