Question : I have a perfectly round mark of dry skin on my thigh size of about an inch and a half very dry and itching what could it be?

Thanks for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

You are concerned about a small rash circular that is dry and itchy. This sounds very typical of a fungal infection called ring worm. If you could take a picture of the lesion and up load it to our site I could better diagnose the lesion. For treatment of a ring worm lesion I would recommend using an over the counter antifungal cream like Lamisil or tinactin. I would have you use it twice daily for the next week and see if the lesion resolves.
