I have dry throat from ystd morning its like dry. I dont know what prob is it. I feel some thing in throat. No pain. Attached my throat photo. I was more scared on swineflu also. I have gastric problem i take somprazL

Hi and welcome to healthcaremagic,
I Have seen the pictures that you uploaded.
Your throat looks very congested, its a sign of infection.
Throat infections are frequently viral in nature hence only symptomatic treatment will suffice.
Do warm salt water gargling 4 times daily and drink 4 litres of warm fluids everyday. Avoid air conditioning and fan and cold foods.
It is not possible to tell whether it is swine flu. do not worry. Swine flu usually presents as upper respiratory tract infection and behaves just like any other flu. Only rarely it produces serious complications .If your symptoms get worse in the next few days then consult a doctor, you may require a test for swine flu.

Mam i am more feared towards swine flu. See the death is 1500 and above. So feared to that. No antibiotic req for thismam

Mam realy thanks for ur reply. Does influencza vaccine covers swineflu. I have taken it aome says it does not cover swineflu.
