Brief Answer:
fluticasone cream is advised in such cases

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com. I have read your query. I understand your concern.
As per details, it seems that you are suffering from a condition called Lip dermatitis. It is characterised by frequent peeling of skin of lips especially on wetting. It is more common in those who have habit of lip licking. In such cases, I prefer to advise my patients to avoid licking lips with tongue. Rather keep the lips properly moisturised by applying lip balm multiple times a day. In severe cases, topical mild potency Steroid like fluticasone also helps. You may apply it once daily for 10 days . Later if improvement is seen or according to the response, I shift the patient to tacrolimus oinment afterwards.
It is not caused by any vitamin deficiency.
You should discuss this with your treating doctor. I am sure that he would agree with this. Take care.

Brief Answer:
there is no vitamin deficiency

Detailed Answer:
That is good if you do not really lick the lips. As I mentioned it is not any vitamin deficiency that causes such peeling off of skin. It is your tendency of skin with no absolute reason that leads to such symptoms.
Keeping the lips moist is the most important part of management. You may need fluticasone cream also to heal the present condition. You may revert back to me after you start the treatment under your doctor's supervision.
I hope I am able to solve your query. Stay healthy.

Brief Answer:
you should follow your doctor's instructions

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome back.
Yes you may continue with the instructions and medications as advised by your doctor.
There is no absolute reason for this condition as I told . Various precipitating factors include lip licking, cosmetic usage in the form of lip balm etc.
The condition may be associated with burning sensation or itch or may be completely asymptomatic. You need not to avoid ac or playing table tennis. Although till the condition improves , you may take a break from playing table tennis. As these factors do not cause or aggravate the condition. It usually takes 3-4 months for complete cure.
Hairfall may be due to nutritional deficiency, stress, improper diet, thyroid dysfunction, Anaemia, hormonal. Proper evaluation and assessment is required before the treatment of hairfall is started.
You should revert back with the reports of the investigations so that I can help you to my best.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
apply in night time only first

Detailed Answer:
As in such cases, I advice my patients to start with once daily application in night time. Tacrolimus may cause burning sensation on exposure to sun. You may first start to use it in night time only. It is individual 's experience as iI prefer to give my patients tacrolimus in night time only.
You should also discuss this with your treating doctor.
Thanks
