Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate: Female/54 - dull pain - right lower side - 2 weeks - does not get better with creams or aspirin - no change in urine - constantly walking around rubbing that spot - wants to know what it is - inside ache - taking Ibuprofen, hot packs and ice packs - soaking in a tub ...
As per the history you have provided, I need an additional information:

Is the pain in abdomen?
Any other symptoms- nausea, vomiting, bloating, loose stools, constipation?

Please follow the advise, you will be fine.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
Loose stools and nausea along with pain between hip and bottom of rib cage on right is indicative of gastro-enteritis may be prominent colitis.
I would advise you the following:
Tests of stool
Tests of blood and urine.
Ultrasonography of the whole abdomen.
If the reports are indicative, you will be given a course of an antibiotic, symptomatic and supportive treatment.
2 weeks are a long time to suffer without proper clinical evaluation, examination and treatment. Please get these done to have relief and cure.
Further tests of CT scan of abdomen and colonoscopy may be needed if the routine medical management fails to relieve you off the symptoms and signs.
