Question : Have had dull headache, diarrhea, ache all over, chills, low grade fever for past 18 hours. Normally very healthy.

Dear Ms

Going by description of symptoms it is likely to be viral fever especially so in view of generalised ache. I hope there are no respiratory or urinary symptoms.

I would suggest you the following

1. Antipyretics like Paracetamol will be helpful for ache and fever

2. Ensure good intake of water especially Oral rehydration solution to prevent dehydration from diarrhoea

3. Oral Probiotics will be helpful

4. Adequate rest

5. Ensure good intake of nutritional food
