Question : I get very weak where I have to sleep all day , a dull headache sunlight/bright light hurts my eyes, not much of an appetite that last for about 3 days. Tylenol/Advil does not help. I have had this for years and have never asked my Family physician what this could be.

Detailed Answer:
If I were your doctor I would order a sleep test to check for sleep apnea which could be causing the daytime sleepiness.

The headaches could be migraines but I would get an MRI scan of your brain to evaluate that.

I would also check your thyroid function to see if you have a low-functioning thyroid gland.

You definitely need to let your family doctor know about what you've told me.
