Question : A little while after I take my water pill, it feels like all the blood rushed to my head and I get an awful dull pain in my head......any ideas.....XXXx

hi and welcome.
first, you should regulate your bp frequently and if bp is too low,you should skip water pill.also,in some people certain diuretics cause too fast blood flow variations and this may lead to your symptoms. you should not stand or walk 10 minutes after pill. also take it with full glass of water. if nothing works your should reduce dosage or switch to another antihypertensive drug. wish you good health. regards
