I was prescribed Amoxicillin for Strep coincidentally, and it cured the pain. So I think I had a pyloric ulcer. However I still have a dull ache in the LUQ of my abd. Especially after eating. I feel full very quickly as well.

Continue taking prilosec and antacids.
For the abdominal fullness, you can take prokinetic medications like levosulpiride.

You need to check your blood glucose levels and also get tested for H.pylori infection. These are two common causes of feeling abdominal fullness.
