Hi,
welcome to Health Care Magic and thanks for putting up the query.

According to the complaints u are having dysosmia..or distorted smell..mostly it is idiopathic and resolves in few days..

Please get a X-ray PNS done and send me the film

Start using Xylometazoline nasal spray thrice daily and also nasal douching with a solution of water, 20 ml, a pinch of table salt and soda bicarb twice daily..

Take any good multivitamin once daily

Follow all these for at least a week..

Follow up with your report and also let me know if you had any nasal or head injury in recent past..
Wishing you a speedy recovery..
Thanks and regards

Hi, Thanks for the follow up query,

You can continue with the Fluticasone spray.
