Question : I had GERD surgery with no more all day pain. However, I do have nightly gas with no pain…generally about 3 hrs. after being in the bed. Gas seems to come when I move my legs ..turning over...with a sharp pain in my left chest…under the left breast. Is this the sign of a heart attack?

Those seem to e signs of dyspepsia which are realted to GERD/Acid reflux..

Welcome to HCM: Please note that these symptoms should get better with time, your dyspepsia can be helped with being placed on a PPI or simethicone or Gas X. I hope this helps and no this is not a heart attack.
