Question : ear canal stopped up. hearing is bad. have flushed nose several times. breathing good. using Claritin-D with no help.

The blocking sensation in the ears can be due to wax or eustachian tube blockage.
put waxrid ear drops three times a day for 5 days and take steam inhalation. Than get your ears cleaned up by an Ent specialist.
