Hi,
I have gone through your query; and for earache of your daughter I suggest
1. Hot fomentation around the pinna of that ear minimum for five minutes.
2. Paracetamol 250 mg if pain not subside after hotfomentation.
3. Local and systemic nasal decongestant if she have cough and cold.
