Suggest Treatment For Ear Pain, Pressure And Intermittent Sounds Like It Is Waterlogged

May need decongestants and anti histamines alongwith otoscope examination
Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to Healthcaremagic. Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.
Based on the history you have shared, it seems to be due to difference in air pressures across the ear drum. There are multiple reasons for that with most common being a blocked eustachian tube due to inflammation or upper respiratory tract infections etc however middle ear infections should also be taken into consideration.
Using OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen may help alongwith anti histamines like cetrizine and decongestants for throat or saline water gargles. Chewing bubbles on affected side may help to put pressure on eustachian tube forcing it open while the act of chewing can cause muscles of that side to contract and help to cause pressures.
However a detailed ENT specialist or otolaryngologist opinion might be needed to have a detailed otoscopic examination to look for inflammation of ear drum which may need to be treated with antibiotics as well.
Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope this has answered your query. If you have any more questions please feel free to ask. Regards.
