Brief Answer:
Most probably you may be suffering from acute otitis media

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your query; it suggest that most probably you may be suffering from the acute otitis media.

If I were your treating doctor then I would like prescribe
1. Antibiotic tablet such as amoxicillin and clavullinic acid 625 mg twice a day.
2. Antibiotic ear drop such as ciprodloxacin two drops three times a day.
3. Systemic and local nasal decongestant.
4. Avoid putting water, oil and ear bud in the ear.
5. Hot fomentation of the ear.

I would like to suggest that discuss the above mentioned steps with your doctor for better management and prescription.
