Brief Answer:
Please tell details about insomnia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar, a neurologist, here to answer your query.

If you would have presented to me as an outpatient with this complaint,I would have asked you to be precise in your query.
I assume your parkinson's disease is stable on resagiline(if you have mistakenly written rasagiline as resigyl. If its not like that, please tell the composition of resigyl as I could not find it).
Though, insomnia can be due to parkinson's disease but as it is for past 30 years and parkinson's must have started a few years back only,so its unlikely due to parkinson's disease.

Please tell
-if you have long term history of chronic depression, any other mental disorder or any other past medical disorder?
-is your sleep hygiene good?
-do you have any addictions?

Actually,I have asked above questions to make an impression about insomnia, whether it is primary or secondary insomnia.

Please follow up with details.Meanwhile, continue your treatment for parkinson's disease.

Waiting for your follow-up.
