Thanks for the response Dr.Kakkar.

I have follow up question:

IMAGE_1 and IMAGE_2 is the eczema on Right and Left Ankle
IMAGE_3: I recently had used an spray called "Deep Heat" when my calfs were paining and ever since I put that spray some part of my calf on Right Leg has become red and has small pimple like thing which itches a lot.. I have been applying Caladryl for 2-3 days, itching has reduced but red color and pimple like thing is not going. Please suggest the cream for that as well.

Thanks,
XXXX

Brief Answer:
Need to use halobetasol+salicylic acid combination for adequate duration

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

I have reviewed the Images. I can see dry, red and scaly patches of chronic eczema.
The treatment which you have been using i.e halobetasol propionate (halovate) is fine and probably incomplete treatment is the reason that it is coming back again. If I was the treating doctor I would like to treat you with halobetasole propionate+salicylic acid combination ointment (i.e halovate - S ointment) rather than plain halobetasol propionate ointment. You must use this ointment on all 3 areas shown in these Images i.e Image 1 Image 2 and Image 3. This ointment should be continued for at least 4 weeks and thereafter changed to a lower strength topical steroid e.g mometasone furoate ointment for another 2-4 weeks Or till eczema resolves completely
In addition to the ointment you must also take an Oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10 mg Or loratadien 10 mg once daily for symptomatic rlief from itching.

Have a great day ahead.

Between, IMAGE_3 is not eczema. I just got it somedays back when I sprayed with deep heat. It is Moov like spray which helps when there is lot of pain in Calves. Are you sure I need to apply Halovete-S on IMAGE_3 as well?

Brief Answer:
Use plain halobetasol propionate over calf

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Image_3 is most likely an irritant contact dermatitis to pian relieving spray. You may use plain halovate ointment rather than halovate s over this patch.
