Brief Answer:
discoid eczema, topical steroid, moisturising lotion and antihistaminic

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems to be discoid eczema.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected areas twice daily along with frequent and liberal application of a moisturising lotion like venussia XXXXXXX lotion or cetaphil moisturising lotion on the entire body 2-3 times daily.
Also take antihistaminic like tablet fexofenadine 180 mg once daily for 2 weeks.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
