Hi hopefully the photo went through.
The problem has been present for about 2 months.
There is itching.
A topical over the counter steroid has been applied with little results. (Its not very strong)
No other lesions on the body-just behind the knees.

Eczematous skin condition, need regular skin care

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

I have seen the attaches pictures.
You seem to be having eczematous lesions in the popliteal fossa.
Now some people are naturally predisposed to develop such allergic skin lesions.
Hope you are not applying any creams or oils over the affected ares. Also do not use any irritants like dettol or savlon over them.
You might need to apply a topical steroid cream like cortizone 10 over the affected areas twice a day till the rashes heal.
Later on, you should try to keep the affected areas moisturized by using some good moisturizing lotion over the region atleast twice a day in order to prevent recurrence of the lesions.
You can take some oral antihistamine like claritin tablet once a day for two to three days to decrease the associated itching.

Hope it helps

Please ask if you need any further clarifications
