Brief Answer:
defibrillator and pacemaker are best treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking HCM,

I understand your concern. Ejection fraction shows us how good your heart pumps. By patients with ejection fraction lower than 35, which is your case, an implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) may be recommended. This defibrillator helps you to solve life- threatening irregular heartbeats that can cause sudden cardiac arrest (loss of heart function) and sudden cardiac death. Unfortunatelly, regarding to the fact that you tried a lot of medications to recover your EF, this ICD and pacemaker are the only way to help your heart.
My suggestion is to visit your cardiologist as often as you have to and try to avoid stressful situations and stressful jobs. Try to avoid physical effort as much as you can how the heart would not be subjected to the additional effort that due to lack of blood and oxygen could lead to severe damage.

I hope this answer was helpful to you.
