Question : Over the past week or so I have developed a soft, fleshy, fat-like build up on the underside of my left elbow. No pain or other symptoms. Just feels
"squishy". What could this be?
"squishy". What could this be?
Brief Answer:
Probably bursitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome. It sounds to me like elbow bursitis which is inflammation of elbow fat tissue when fluids build in it. also it may be lipoma or ateroma. You should avoid elbow irritation, apply cold compresses. If there is no improvement then it would be good to do needle aspiration and last option is surgical procedure which is simple and can be done under local anesthesia. Wish you good health. Regards
