Brief Answer:
Get examined by a neurologist and investigated

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Tingling sensation and pain in Upper limbs at this age may be cervical spondylosis related radiculopathy. Other possibility may be nerve compression if symptoms are in a particular nerve distribution.
Is there any symptoms in lower limbs?
Any neck pain, bladder complains?
Possibility of neuropathy should also be kept.
Any history of diabetes, renal disease, liver disease, Joint diseases?
Any fracture or trauma of upper limb?
You should get examined by a neurologist for detailed evaluation.
You may need cervical spine imaging or nerve conduction studies.
Blood investigations can be planned accordingly.
Upload any previous reports if available.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Get examined by a neurologist and investigated as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Fibromyalgia is having persistent pain rather than such a short lasting pain.
You need to rule out cervical radiculopathy.
You need imaging of cervical spine.
Nerve conduction may be required if imaging is negative.
