Brief Answer:
Examplary labs do not worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I think you have exemplary lab values. You should not worry about one or two instances of High TSH. They carry no value till you have a full thyroid profile report. You better get total thyroid profile before you take any medication for that.

Thyrowel is just a multivitamin and mineral supplement. Thyrowel is indicated in management of micronutrient deficiencies in thyroid disorders. It contains Elemental iron 30 mg, folic acid 300 mcg, vitamin B12 1 mcg, l-tyrosine 250 mg, Elemental selenium 60 mcg, Elemental zinc 15 mg. L thyrosine can help better conversion of T3 to T4 by activating 5-deiodinase. zinc and selenium help in attaching to receptors.

You may take it or omit it. I do not suggest it unless there is proven deficiency in any of the above elements or minerals.

Brief Answer:
Yes can be labelled subclinical hypothyroid

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,

I missed the total test report last time. I checked it again. Other parameters are normal. you may have subclinical hypothyroidism. But I think you do not need thyroid replacement therapy till we have further elevation of TSH levels. Next time I suggest you to get Anti TPO antibodies as well. This may progress to become clinical hypothyroidism or it may remain static like this. Your other parameters esp lipid profile is good. You may just take THYROWEL softgel capsules which have minor elements to correct the TSH if there is any deficiency.
