Question : Hello doctor,
I am patient of hypothyroidism taking thyronorm 75mg since 1.5 years, i got my test repeated and TSH was elevated to 7, while FT3 and FT4 is normal, earlier TSH also used to fine

As you have reported, you have hypothyroidism, u are on thyronorm 75mcg since 1.5 years, doing good stable dose.
now as TSH has started going up again, the possibilities are-
1. missed doses
2. food tab gap not maintained as desired.
3. weight gained
4. tablets got old , damaged.
if none of these is the case then we need to increase the dose to 100 mcg. Pl talk to your doctor about this change.
