Brief Answer:
Yes, it is an indication of hypothyroidism:

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
The TSH level you reported is high, suggesting for subclinical hypothyrodism.
Usually, when TSH level is 4-10 mUi/L, and FT4 ,FT3 within the normal ranges, we start treatment with levothyroxine if the symptoms of hypothyroidism are present (as in your case).
So,i would suggest to start treatment with a low dose of levothyroxine (50 mcg) and check TSH after 6 weeks.
The pathology is chronic the treatment is long life.
Hope i have been helpful.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
