Brief Answer:
BPE with CKD is treatable.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist and kidney transplant surgeon,i can understand your concern.

You should mention your age and if on any treatment at present.
Also all reports available,if enclosed could have helped in giving an expert opinion.

After seeing the Urologist, the following tests should've been done :
1. urine routine,culture and ACR.
2. 24 hours urine protein.
3. blood routine,RBS,LFT,PSA,electrolytes,lipid profile,uric acid and platelets.
4. Ultrasound-KUB,with residual urine and TRUS.

Why are you not willing to take any medicines for your ailments ?
When you've been told about your condition and your reports are confirming it,
then you should not hesitate to start treatment.
Wish you well.
