Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

The pain may cause excessive adrenaline release and this is why the pain is responsible for the changes in your HR (from 45 to 250 bpm).

However to discuss about the best treatment can you upload the Holter reports.

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!

So in turn this could affect your heart? As I was not put on Atenolol 50 mg for 6 months until after the above test results.

Hi back,

Fortunately for you it will not affect your heart. It only had caused palpitations, discomfort and other symptoms in this six months. Now that you have started the adequate treatment you will be symptom free and nothing will happen with your heart.
