Brief Answer:
detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

All blood tests should be evaluated in correlation with the symptoms and the clinical findings.
In the case of your daughter ,the Hb is normal (normal range at this age is 10.5-14.5)
Neotrophils are increased and lymphocytes are under the normal range. The ESR is also elevated.
A increased level of ESR,neutrophils and a low level of lymphocytes can be related with an infection (probably a bacterial infection ) or she might have an inflammatory condition,a viral infection etc.
To know the exact cause ,medical history ,present symptoms, physical examination and other investigations need to be taken in consideration.
Considering the treatment prescribed form her doctor ,it seems that your daughter has a bacterial infection that might be the cause for these abnormal test results.
These tests will be back to normal levels after the infection is completely treated.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you have any question.

Kind regards,
Dr.Rovena Murati

Brief Answer:
detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

I really apologize for the delay in answering your query.

The only problem in her urine test is the high level of ketone bodies. There are some possible causes for such result like:
-Type 1 Diabetes (since glucose is negative ,this is very unlikely)
-A diet rich in proteins and low in carbohydrates
-Starvation (not eating at all for 12-18 h)
-Prolonged vomiting and dehydration
-Some condition like Hyperthyroidism
-Acute illness like infections or inflammatory conditions

So as I said in the above answer ,all the tests results should be evaluated considering the symptoms and clinical findings.
It doesn't seem that she have kidney disease but further examinations can be necessary like a kidney ultrasound and blood tests to see the function of her kidneys. If she doesn't have any symptom that would indicate a kidney problem like abdominal pain ,back pain etc , there is no reason to think that she has kidney problems.
Considering the changes in her blood tests (high ESR and high neutrophils ) and the treatment prescribed ,the cause might be a bacterial infection.
These tests should be repeated after the treatment of the infection.

Hope it helps.
Take care.
