Brief Answer:
Diet and exercise

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for your query.

I have seen your blood reports.

If your blood sugar has been reported for the first time, you can try to manage it with diet and exercise and repeat blood sugar levels every month for three months. In diet you need to take low sugar and high protein diet. Sugary foods include fruits and their products like juices, XXXXXXX dried fruits, potatoes, cakes, pastries, icecream, ketchup, breakfast cereal, etc. You also need to take high protein diet like black channa, besan, etc. You need to exercise daily for atleast 30 min a day. Exercise can include walk, gym, yoga, swimming, cycling etc. If lifestyle does not bring your blood sugars down, you will need medicines.

Regarding raised lipids, you need to avoid high calorie foods like milk products (cream, cheese, butter, ghee, ice cream, etc). High fiber diet is also needed which includes high fiber biscuits, salad, whole grains etc. If lifestyle does not reduce your lipids in 3 months, you may take lipid lowering treatment keeping a regular check on liver tests like sgot, sgpt, bilirubin.

You also have fatty liver, thus you will need to avoid foods, medicines that can affect liver. Such items include alcohol, lipid lowering mediicnes, some antibiotics, etc. You should take syrup Liv 52 two times a day to help liver recover. You should also drink clean water to avoid infections of the intestine.

Hope it helps.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
