Question: Hi, Please find enclosed reports for my Mother in law who lives in XXXXXXX has been diagnosed with endometriod carcinoma please find enclosed reports ,your advise will be appreciated.

The biopsy has proven it to be endometrial carcinoma. The MRI shows that it is localized to the uterus though the uterine muscle is involved. Nevertheless, on MRI this looks like stage1 disease.
The optimal treatment is thorough surgery by gynecologic surgeon. That is her best bet at cure. This should be done at proper multimodality cancer center only.
