Question : Hello.thank you in advance.i have endometrioid cycsts on every ovary.left 32*24mm and rigth 28*24mm.doctors say to operate them but i am afraid.i knew about them 3years ago.the size is same now.in 21,03,2014 i got pregnancy.but after 8 week i had abortion because of anembrionia.yesterday doctor said that there is one more folekulyar cycst on my left ovarium.i had no babies.but i want.what to do?

No need for operation

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.

As my opinion you do not need to make an operation of your endometrioid cysts:

1.Because you conceive even though you have a miscarriage(is not effect of endometroid cysts)
2. After abortion ,again you ovulate (folicular cyst in late ultrasound)
3.Cysts have remain in the same size.
4.Operation can cause adherences.

Try to conceive a baby and then take the decision for operation.

Take folic acid 5 mg per day prior of conception.
