Question: What if my heart beat is 128? Been sick found out heart enlarged through tests.got out of hospital for h pylori recentlyÂ

The fast heart rate is a common findings in patients with enlarged heart and heart failure. It's not related with H. Pylory and your previous hospital recovery.

If I was your primary care doctor would suggested to contact a cardiologist for detailed examinations (to exclude heart failure) and a proper treatment.

As i mentioned earlier cardiac problems should be excluded first than pulmonary problems.

If i was your doctor i would recommend the following examinations to find the right diagnosis:
- Cardiac ultrasound
- ECG
- Chest X ray
