Brief Answer:
You should be investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I saw the pics.
It looks like an enlarged Lymphnode. There will be multiple lymph nodes in the neck of every person. Each node drains a particular area in the head, mouth etc.Any infection in the mouth may spread through lymphatics and enlarges the corresponding Lymphnode. So,you should look for any infection in the surrounding areas like oral cavity,Tonsil etc.
Most of the Lymphnode swellings respond by a Antibiotic and anti inflammatory tablets.
If it doesn't come down even after medical management, then you should be investigated.
Routine Complete blood picture has to be done.I prefer to do an FNAC (Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology )of the swelling which gives the nature of the swelling. I have seen many cases of Tuberculosis presenting as enlarged lymphnode. It is a common presentation in XXXXXXX There will be no cough or fever in these patients.
Ultrasound will tell about any other enlargements and whether it has turned into abscess.
If FNAC is inconclusive, part or whole swelling has to be removed and send for histopathological examination(Biopsy).
I don't think in terms of Leukemia or Lymphoma.
Nothing to worry.
Consult a General surgeon , get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards

Brief Answer:
I prefer FNAC for any swelling in the neck.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Lymphnodes doesn't enlarge in viral infection or cold.
In FNAC , needle is inserted into the swelling and some fluid is aspirated and seen under microscope. It will give a clue whether it is benign or cancerous. If it is inconclusive, Biopsy is advised.
FNAC is done on any swelling.
Ultrasound tells whether the swelling is solid or filled with fluid (cystic ).
Please consult a General surgeon. He will guide you.

Brief Answer:
You consult a General surgeon.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
It's OK to use antibiotics for another 5 days. You should take anti inflammatory tablet too.
You don't go to a Nursing home.
You search for a Clinic of General surgeon and meet him.He will guide you.
There is no wrong in doing Ultrasound. But,FNAC is better.
Wish you good health.
