Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Testicles

Question : Hi
Since 2 month, my testicles has enlarged to approx 150% of normal size. They always seems tight and give little paid ( may be due to pressing between legs). I took medicine from a local doctors but it didn't help.

I need help to bring them back to normal condition.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate: Male/34 - 2 months - testicles enlarged to 150% - seem tight and little pain - local Doctor gave medicine and asked to wear loose clothes and keep them warm.

To have proper treatment one needs to have proper diagnosis.
Hence I would advise you the following considering your age too:
- Send the urine and blood for tests.
Ultrasonography and color doppler will give you proper diagnosis.
To get this confirmed by a Clinical evaluation and examination of a General Surgeon or Urologist preferably.

These things will give the cause of the enlargement and will help to plan for the further management.
- If this is due to epididymo-orchitis, long course of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines will help you.
- If this is due to other causes surgery may be needed.
