Suggest Treatment For Epilepsy While On Topamac

Question : Hello, I'm 28 years old suffering from Epilepsy for last 11 years. On Polytherapy with Topamac (400mg/day), Encorate Chorono 1000mg/day, Lonazep 2mg/day. Due to anti-epileptic medication I feel extremely drowsy ,fatigue and confused with Tremors. Can I take Revital or any other vitamins?

Hello, Thank you for posting your question on Health Care Magic.
Unfortunately most of the anti epileptic drugs do cause sedation .
But it is very important that you take them on time.
Topamac may sometimes cause electrolyte imbalance that can also precipitate the symptoms which you are describing.
There is no harm in taking any multivitamin tablet but please get your sodium and potassium levels checked,to rule out any imbalance.
